The Dell Precision 7520 Mobile Workstation Supports Single and Dual Drive Configurations and is Available in Two Variants. (Variant 1 - One 2.5" Drive and/or One M.2 (2280) Drive) or (Variant 2 - One M.2 (2280) Drive and/or One M.2 (2280) Drive installed in a Adapter Bracket) Note: When the second M.2 drive is installed, the M.2 drive occupies the 2.5" drive bay using a adapter bracket with a M.2 interposer board. The second M.2 drive requires these parts for installation: 2.5" drive caddy p/n 745TM (most units have this already) | M.2 bracket p/n Y1WJX (goes inside the 745TM caddy) | M.2 interposer board p/n WPTND (this installs in the Y1WJX M.2 bracket) | M.2 thermal cover p/n HR8P8 The 2.5" drives require caddy p/n 745TM and rubber rails p/n 3XYT5 and cable p/n XDYGX for installation.
